Name : nischala cheetirala Address : Aberdeen, Scotland Phone No. : - Email Address : nischalac@hotmail.com Comments/Suggestions : i have been diagnoised with cervical spondilysis and the doctors say that operation is compulsory. I am 26 and i don't want any operation my spine. Please suggest me the remedy

Answer: Cervical spondylosis is only a degenarative disease. All of them donot need surgery.Surgical role comes into picture only if your spinal cord or the nerve roots get compressed, as seen in MRI. If there is no compression the best way is to keep the pain away by various medications and other methods. Also keep in mind that at age of 26yrs it is less likely to be degenarative cause unless you had repetative trauma to spine. yours Ramana
